Each course begins with basic navigation, concepts and system integration.
Each course day includes:
- lecture
- system demonstrations
- hands-on activities in a virtual warehouse
- lunch and refreshment breaks

How to register
- The Educational Services Organization reserves the right to postpone any scheduled training as is determined by the number of registrants and instructor availability. You will be notified of any course cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation 5-business days prior to course - No charge.
- Cancellation within 5-business days of course - 10% of the registration fee.
- Registered but did not attend or cancel - 50% of the registration fee.

WM FOR SYSTEM-i SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT/TROUBLESHOOTING
This course is four days of teaching Systems Management and Techniques for resolving System-i (i-Series) issues more quickly.

This course covers Slotting Optimization and the configuration required to improve item slotting for a warehouse.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
This course covers the Performance Management modules: Reporting, Analysis, and Events. An introduction to Crystal Reports with Performance Management is also covered.

TRANSPORTATION PLANNING AND EXECUTION
The two-day course consisting of seven modules is used to introduce participants to TP&E. Through this hands-on course, transportation terms are defined and participants configure the application, navigate the systems, and execute the solutions. This introductory course focuses on Truckload and Less than Truckload planning and execution.

TRANSPORTATION PROCUREMENT
Transportation Procurement (TP) is a solution that allow shippers to quickly and efficiently secure transportation contracts with their carriers. It puts the shipper in control of their transportation contracting process. With TP, shippers ,manage the entire process in an environment that gives them easy access to data, collaboration with carriers, and analytical tools to evaluate bids from their carriers.
